A platform thesis:
own the sovereign network fabric.

FrogNet is Private Internet infrastructure for a post-cloud world: local authority, deterministic convergence, and controlled propagation across heterogeneous links. An enabling substrate for multiple non-competing markets where sovereignty and resilience matter. Running now across three continents.

99/100 Mesh evaluation score
93.8% Bandwidth savings (proven)
3 Issued U.S. patents

What changes when you own the fabric

Private, limited-membership internets become a normal deployment pattern. Systems remain operable under failure. Local-first services stay available without upstream permission. Economics shift from compounding cloud rent to owned infrastructure. Twelve paradigm shifts documented in "How to Think Like a Frog."

Why this can be a platform

FrogNet scales by partner parallelism: domain experts build products and deployments; FrogNet stays focused on fabric behavior, deterministic operation under stress, transport adaptation, and fail-closed policy posture. One platform, many verticals, no competition between them. Planned transition to foundation-governed open source (Linux Foundation model) after completing the patent portfolio.

Market

Multiple vertical beachheads. One platform.

Family Private Networks — $486M+ (Life360 revenue)

Life360: 95.8M MAU, 2.8M paying subscribers, $486–489M 2025 revenue. Growth relies on ad partnerships and data monetization. FrogNet Family is the same value proposition without selling the family's data. Product: FrogNet Family.

Senior Independence — $160B+ market

53 million Americans providing care. Projected 151,000 care worker shortage by 2030, 355,000 by 2040. FroGuardian extends human attention with local AI — no cameras, no cloud, no surveillance.

Defense & Public Safety — $200B+

Active defense channel via Pacific Northwest Defense Council. SOCOM BAA submission package produced. Ham radio as beachhead (est. 7,000–37,000 early adopters from U.S. licensed operators). EmergencyHam.net collaboration on EmergencyFrog POC.

Smart Agriculture — $22B

Product: Home Gardener. ESP32 sensors, Pi Zero concentrators, local AI. Works without internet. Anchor comparables: John Deere, Trimble.

Defensibility

The moat.

Three Issued U.S. Patents

Storage virtualization, pop-up networking (direct FrogNet precursor), and a physical product. Established IP foundation with proven track record of patent prosecution. Additional FrogNet-specific patents planned.

BLDC-1 Algorithm

The semantic compression algorithm is novel. Wire version 3. Empirical template learning, SAME/DIFF state machine, LZ4 smart compression. Competing requires solving the same problems — years of work.

Network Effects

Every node increases value for every other node. The Kickstarter is the flywheel. First-mover network effects are durable. Multi-continent mesh already demonstrating cross-node value.

35+ Years of Domain Expertise

Boeing IPC, EA/Sierra/WotC multiplayer servers, storage patents, Microsoft SCCM agent. CTO successor identified — a very senior engineer who has worked with the founder at four prior companies, ready to join when financially viable.

Traction

Market pull, not market push.

Multi-Continent Mesh Operational

Seattle (5 nodes), NYC, Amsterdam — all meshed via WireGuard tunnel broker. London (King's College London students) and Orlando onboarding. External developer community forming. Mesh evaluation score: 99/100.

LinkedIn Article Series

"The Living FrogNet" — 18K+ impressions, 41% senior-level audience. "Most Internet Traffic Doesn't Need to Exist." "A slow frog, a ham radio, and the quantum threat nobody saw coming." Strong engagement from enterprise IT decision-makers.

Active Partnerships & Channels

EmergencyHam.net (N2DH) — ham radio beachhead. Pacific Northwest Defense Council — government/defense channel. Keith Parsons (CWNE #3, founder of WLAN Professionals Conference) — scheduled deep dive. Active NSF Phase I SBIR invitation (Wireless Technologies topic).

Government & Federal

CAGE code 1A5Y5, SAM "all awards" registered. SOCOM BAA submission package produced. NSF SBIR Project Pitch accepted; Phase I invitation active, pending congressional SBIR reauthorization (bill passed House March 17, 2026).
